| 1- use it http://imageshack.us/ to upload your ScreenShot... 2- select option "resize image?" change to 800x600 and click Host it!"  3- select link to imagem copy(ctrl+c) and paste(ctrl+v) in your post. Type that  " border="0" alt=""/> later link  example :  I think that is everything! ! | |
