Character stuck help please

My spellsinger is stuck in Catacombs -> Forbidden Path. Whenever I go there this appears:

Can you take my character out of there, or tell me how to fix this? My character name is Polaris.

GM PLEASE HELP. I tried to see if it was only my computer that was erroring so I tried to go to the same place on my desktop but same error... this is for the good of ur server.. -_-
